Rental terms

1. In short

The renter and every driver: at least 23 years old, with a category B licence held for at least 2 years.

The minimum rental is 3 days. A rental day is 24 hours from the agreed pickup time. The longer the rental, the lower the daily rate: the rate table is on each car's page.

Nothing is paid on the site; you pay when the car is handed over.

The price includes standard insurance and support by phone and messenger. Mileage is unlimited unless the car's page states a daily limit. A second driver is added free of charge after a document check.

Cancellation and rescheduling are free 48 hours or more before pickup.

2. Booking

Message us or leave a request with your name and phone number — no account is needed. The booking takes effect once the manager confirms it. When the car is handed over, we sign a rental agreement and a handover report.

3. Documents

Every driver shows the original driving licence and passport or ID card. If the licence cannot be read in Georgian, Russian or the Latin alphabet, an international driving permit or a certified translation is required. Only the drivers named in the agreement may drive. We refuse the handover if documents are invalid, there are signs of intoxication, or there is a safety risk.

4. Price

Prices are in US dollars; amounts in lari are shown for reference at an indicative exchange rate. The currency of payment is agreed before the handover.

5. Pickup and return

We hand the car over at the agreed place and time: in Tbilisi, Batumi or another agreed city, including at the airport. The condition, fuel level and any damage are recorded in the handover report and in photos.

A late return of up to 1 hour agreed in advance is normally not counted as a new day, provided it does not interfere with the next handover; after that, the next day is charged. Agree an extension before the rental ends; an early return is recalculated only by agreement.

6. Use of the car

The car is returned with the same fuel level. Heavy soiling, traces of smoking or of animals without prior agreement are charged at the cost of cleaning.

Leaving Georgia requires written permission. Serious off-road and high-mountain routes, including Tusheti and Omalo, must be agreed separately. Racing, driving lessons, towing without permission, subletting and commercial transport without agreement are prohibited.

7. Insurance

Standard cover is included in the price; the excess and exclusions are set out in the agreement. Insurance does not cover damage caused while driving under the influence, by a driver not named in the agreement, on a prohibited route, or intentionally. Tyres, wheels, the underbody and the interior are normally the renter's responsibility unless extended cover has been agreed.

8. On the road

In case of an accident, stop in a safe place, call 112 and then us right away. Do not leave the scene and do not order repairs without agreeing them with us. A breakdown that is not your fault is fixed or the car is replaced. Fines incurred during the rental are paid by the renter.

9. Cancellation and replacement

If you cancel less than 48 hours before pickup or do not show up, we may withhold compensation for our costs if it was agreed in advance.

If the car is not roadworthy at the start of the rental, we offer a car of the same or a higher class at no extra charge. Whether to accept the replacement is up to you.
